Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and
results-oriented Assistant Manager / Manager ? Sales to drive the sales and
business development of ACE Heavy Equipment across the UAE market. The ideal
candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and
proven experience in heavy equipment sales, rentals, or related industries. The
role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client
relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the market presence of
ACE equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop
and execute sales strategies to promote and sell ACE Heavy Equipment across the
UAE market
- Identify
and pursue new business opportunities within construction, infrastructure,
logistics, industrial, and related sectors
- Generate
leads through market research, networking, client visits, and industry contacts.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct
customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to
secure business.
- Prepare
and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Achieve
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Coordinate
with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and
after-sales support.
- Monitor
market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify
growth opportunities.
- Follow
up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Maintain
accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.
- Support
equipment rental business opportunities where applicable and maximize revenue
generation.
- Represent
the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Required Skills and Expertise
Sales & Business Development
- Proven
experience in heavy equipment sales, equipment rentals, construction equipment,
commercial vehicles, or related industries
- Strong
ability to generate leads, develop business opportunities, and close sales.
- Understanding
of the UAE construction and industrial market.
Communication & Negotiation
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
- Strong
presentation, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability
to interact effectively with customers, contractors, project managers, and
decision-makers.
Customer Relationship Management
- Strong
customer service orientation and account management skills.
- Ability
to build long-term relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
Technical & Commercial Knowledge
- Basic
understanding of heavy equipment applications and specifications.
- Ability
to prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and sales reports.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
Organizational Skills
- Strong
planning, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability
to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical
Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10
years of experience in heavy equipment sales, equipment rentals, construction
machinery, or industrial equipment sales.
- UAE
driving license is mandatory.
- Experience
in selling or renting construction equipment, material handling equipment,
cranes, forklifts, loaders, backhoe loaders, or similar products will be an
added advantage.
